Transforming Lives by Balancing The Scales of Justice
At Peer Professionals, we are dedicated to pioneering a groundbreaking
approach (Lived Experience) to navigating Reentry, Rehabilitation and
Cal AIMS/Medi-Cal benefits (ECM) Enhanced Care Management & Community Supports for populations within the correctional system. Our mission is to establish a Peer-led, Peer designed 501©(3) organization focusing on the unique needs of the aging and physically, mentally, emotionally disabled justice involved, as well as our local marginalized, underrepresented, and underserved communities. Our Lived Experience and Peer Support approaches will promote fostering an environment of compassion, growth, and reintegration.
